I love the challenge of helping clients. I enjoy interpreting tax law and applying it to clients situations. I especially like getting results which exceed my clients expectations.

Q: Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Recently we were approached by a couple of young girls with a good business but also with over $200,000 of debt to the tax office.  Unfortunately, we had to place them into bankruptcy straight away, however we wanted to save the business.  To do this we restructured the business, took control as co signatory on the bank account and started paying wages to the girls. 18 months on they have no debts, money in the bank and pay their taxes and staff superannuation on time and in full.  They are finally free of the stress of cash flow.

Q: How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It is a long story but accounting came naturally to me at school and it seemed logical for me to pursue that line of work.
